Shipping policy

NeverGraduate is based in Indiana, United States, and ships domestically and internationally.

Production time

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Every order is printed or embroidered after you place it, which takes 2–5 business days before it ships. Production time is separate from delivery time — add the two together for the full picture.

Delivery estimates

United States: 3–7 business days after production
International: 7–21 business days after production, depending on destination and customs

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, peak periods, and customs can add time once a package leaves us.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your address and the carrier options available to it. You will see the exact cost before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number when it ships. If tracking has not updated for several days, this is usually a carrier scanning gap rather than a lost package; if it worries you, email us and we will chase it.

International orders, duties, and taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the price or the shipping cost, and are not collected by us. They are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs can also hold a package; that time is outside our control and outside the estimates above.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before you pay. We ship to the address as entered. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered and it is not with you, contact brianrdavidson@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and sort out a replacement or refund.
